You are not p4p #1 if you get dropped and almost stopped by an Uber driver

So you're not elite if you get dropped now. Today's boxing trolls are just lame as hell... Rage baiting and trying to provoke just to get attention...

Crazy how people now make a huge deal out of one simple knock down. It's one thing if Inoue got clipped and then decided to be on his bike fighting extra cautiously and winning by a safe yet underwhelming decision win. But what Inoue did against Cardenas after the second round is a completely different matter and a performance that still earned him respect despite getting dropped.

Uber driver? The guy was 26 -1 and hadn't lost a fight since 2017 and he fought the most dangerous fighter in boxing with courage, moxie and strength. You have a seriously flawed opinion here

    I Can answer this.

The opponent was frowned upon for one simple reason, he isn't MJ.

    That's it.

This is the whole plumber and fireman argument. Theres this notion that the world just takes care of talented people(lol) and it someone was really talented they wouldn't be an Uber Driver, plumber or fireman. Its bogus. Theres a bunch of homeless Olympians around the world.

There's little money to be made in the lower ranks. A lot of these guys have side jobs even as champions.

This is it for me. We like to make our lists of the best or our favorites but fighters themselves start thinking they're untouchable and leagues above an opponent who is not on the P4P list. And as we've seen, guys without hype and/or who are unknown can still swing their fists and strike a target with effectiveness, especially one who thought himself 'above' getting hit by a 'nobody'.

This is an intentionally bad and lazy interpretation of what I've said. Seems that you're provoking for attention.

I didn't say you're not elite if you get dropped. I said you're not p4p #1 if you get dropped by a COMPLETE unknown. There's a huge difference. I stand by that.

No, it's perfectly apt gist of your bad opening post. Being a complete unknown has nothing to do with anything. Popularity is NOT a factor in how good a boxer acctually is. Manny Pacquiao was largely unknown to the world prior to Barerra. Did he all of a sudden get good after that? Of course not. Did Vernon Forrest only become good after defeating Mosley? You made a terrible post, as about everyone is in agreement on.

Was Manny a 100-1 underdog before facing Barrera, or was he a highly ranked multi-division champ that people had high hopes for?

Did you try to make another absurd parallel?
