    With how people are so quick to forget, sometimes I wonder if maybe fighters are indeed better off to stay inactive, because as long as you don't fight your expected value doesn't go down any more.

    It isn't like Madrimov did anything to raise his value after the Crawford loss either, and yet Crawford seems to have gotten freed of all the below expectations he showed last summer.
