Ferocious start by Martinez. Immediately goes on the attack, pushes Ioka all over the ring and unleashes a nonstop series of vicious shots. Ioka took a lot of hard shots, he tried to land the occasional counter, but Martinez too strong in the opening round.

Variety from Martinez. Mixes being on the front and back foot. Shifting and switch hitting. He buckled Ioka at the last 30 seconds. A lot of nasty shots Ioka took in that round.

Ioka, on the attack, tries to break Martinez's guard with his crisp body shots. Both very effective and both were buckled around the end of the round. Ioka ever so slightly did better.

 

The fourth was a more better round for Ioka he really don't need to fight for the center of the ring really.

Breather round compared to the first three rounds. Martinez and Ioka switched to mid range attacks from the second half of the round. Martinez has more success, because he is quicker and has harder shots. Ioka looks his age.

Similar to the previous round in terms of pace and approach. Ioka should abandon the body shots, Martinez clearly isn't affected by them and he keeps his guard so tight, most of them are blocked. He should focus to land shots on his head, because Martinez is too big and strong for him again.

Ioka had the better of the round, until Martinez turned it up and hurt him around the last half of the round. It was still competitive, just Martinez had the better work.
