    Seriously. It's not like Dubois is remotely close to even old Mercer in terms of punch resistance. Wlad smashes him, probably within a minute or two. Easy work

    As with any Wlad match up with a guy who can hit, he should win unless,,,,,,he gets hit.

    Yeah he was as tough as nails. Even at this stage against Wlad. I don’t think mercer was THAT far past it in this one. That lead left hook Wlad was throwing in this one drops pretty much anyone in history. ESPECIALLY dubois. Lol :lol::lol:

    Impressive how Wladimir ****ing destroyed Mercer. When Mercer had a real close fight with Lennox, arguably beating Lennox

    Mercer was on good form inbetween them fights going 7-0 with 6 KO's, 5 of those KO's in the first 2 rounds, and beating Witherspoon.

    Yes he was, he fought Witherspoon a whole 6 years before he faced Wladimir, by the 2000s he was done at the top level. I don't rate the Mercer win as highly as others, it was just a great display of power, Mercer wasn't even ranked in the top 15 when it happened

    The good thing about Wlad was his punch selection was a bit all or nothing; range-finding jab, range-finding jab, then killer straight right or left hook. This means if he fought Dubois, then Dubois wouldn't have much opportunity to quit; the fight will be over when Wlad nearly decapitates him with a straight right as true as the day is long.

    If wlad is so great, why didn't he get revenge on Sanders?

    Lewis managed to beat both guys who dethroned him. He left one in tears and sent the other to the shadow relam

    Posting videos of wlad beating a geriatric mercer don't mean ****

    I got the Dubois that hammered Aj to beat a young wlad, before he learned to bore and cheat/clinch his way to victory

    Dubois - he's big, aggressive, can hit (which is nightmare for Wlad) and frankly I think he's better than most of Wlad's competition as well.

    Though to be fair, Dubois also has 0 defense. So IDK on second thought. I do think it's going to be like a 2 round fight max.
