David Allen. He was very versatile against Fisher. I hope Allen fights either Hrgovic or AJ this year, he knocks out both of them. He deserves a big pay check after all these years.

Styles make fights, aj has problems with front foot fighters who are not afraid to scrap. Dave allen would fit that mold, I don't think Aj can move for 12 rds like he did against Ruiz 2 anymore. It would be interesting while it lasts.

 

Oh come on. I'm happy for Dave getting back on track but AJ would dispatch of him very quickly. Joshua needs a step down but that should be someone like Del Boy not ****ing Dave Allen.

David Price completely outboxed Allen. Fisher vs Allen is a British-level fight. AJ is on the decline, but he hasn't declined to that level yet. He obliterates Allen in 2 rounds. Taking a flush right hand from AJ is slightly different than taking one from Fisher.

I remember years ago when Allen was giving up thinking if he just stuck around he might get the AJ fight when AJ took a bad loss and wanted a 'tune-up'. This is his chance, sort of. Problem is he got a devastating KO and that's not what Hearn wants to see. Dave might have overplayed his hand accidentally.
