Which Bowe? That of Holyfield or that of Golota? Bowe of Holy might win by decision if his defence works well and hes able not to get too hurting blows from Joyce above all in the rounds after the middle. Bowe of Golota its all another story.
Yes and Bowe's best win was over 6'1 205lb Holyfield. He was completely dominated by Golota. Some say that maybe he was past his best by the first of their fights, if so, how did he get that way? By getting beat on by small fighters like Holyfield and Hide who landed several shots on him despite being significantly shorter and having a smaller reach.
Holyfield is an ATG Parker isn't. And "small" Holyfield went nigh on even with a prime Lennox Lewis in their 2nd fight, who is the best of the big modern Heavyweights of recent years.
This is why boxing forums are so disrespected by fighters and people in the game. It's completely understandable when you have people saying Joyce would compete with Bowe. It's comical.
Uh, you do understand that mediocrities like Golata, Hide, and washed up Tubbs were very tough fights for Bowe?
Joyce is the first contender Bowes team would target. Joyce has no chance, this is a full course meal for Riddick. The Golota version of Bowe would beat Joe
I like Joe Joyce, I like his style of fighting, but if I was a fighter I would hate fighting Joe Joyce. It must be really frustrating fighting a fighter who has such a very good chin and is so pressuring.
Mike Tyson, Lennox Lewis, and George Foreman landed many flush shots on Holyfield and couldn't stop him. An inability to knock out Holyfield means **** all.
That doesn't quite matter here. Joyce is too slow and gets turned into target practice, this would be a hellacious beating. Full course meal
