As it say's on the tin, what's yours? We all love the big guy's but outside of that which is yours. Mine is Middleweight.
Light heavy. It’s the sweet spot of relatively big guys who can crack, but who also are highly athletic. If you watch the average light heavy fight back to back with the average cruiser fight, the difference is huge. The cruisers are so much slower and less active. although at the moment I’m loving 115 because I like watching two of my fellow countrymen (Texas) fight. Bam and Ortiz.
Middleweight as well, way too many dynamic punchers to ignore while still having the size to make constant foot movement not the best option. Has 3 of my favorites in Rocky Graziano, Marvin Hagler and Julian Jackson
Minimumweight, Light Flyweight, Flyweight, Super Flyweight, Bantamweight, Super Bantamweight, Featherweight, Super Featherweight.
I sort just really like 130lbsbs-160lbs mostly, it houses a lot of talent I used to really like the little, little fighters but I usually watch guys from that bracket the most - I like all divisions, HW happens to be the least skilled but also has it's charms.
Bridgerweight. Its neat to see a division getting off the ground. Like watching a Panda learn to walk.
I prefer any weight class over heavyweight. I grew up watching fights from LA so I always thought that welterweights were big guys. The only heavies that I have ever enjoyed were Louis and Tyson, briefly. Beyond that I have zero interest in the heavyweight division. There is a reason that the words "big" and "dum" sound so good together.
Lightweight all the way baby, i don't know what it is but i tune up for every lightweight fight i see, no matter the level of the guys i always leave satisfied and entertained there is some mystique to that division, i love it so much. edit: also it's Roberto's natural weight class, which automatically makes it #1
Been really enjoying watching Featherweight and Bantamweight good mix of guys with power and skill more so then a lot of the higher weight classes
Middle Weight because IMO it offers the best examples of fighters mixing strength, skill, speed, toughness and resilience in a balanced way. Light Heavy Weight because it is literally HW’s little league, with so many cases of great fighters starting as LHW and moving successfully to HW.
