We'll see in this fight what Huni is made of, usually in a fight like this I always go with the better boxer which is Huni. But I think I'll go Wardley as I believe Huni will stand stationary in front of him one time too often, but with a tip of the hat to Rummy, I've been wrong before.
Nice analysis as usual Rummy! Huni being defensively responsible is to me the key to the fight - he has the skills and ability to make it a long frustrating night for Wardley, but IF he gets tagged, then Wardley has power and is a spiteful finisher, so that's where it gets really interesting!
Wardley has to much experience for Huni to overcome. Wardley bends that massive nasal protrusion into a pretzel. KO 3, Wardie.
No he doesn't. Huni has an extensive amateur career and has faced better opposition in his career so far.
I never said Huni would win. What you said is completely false and untrue which is what I pointed out.
Wardley has more pro experience than Huni does. Which is true and is what I'm based my opinions on. Huni's am experience is certainly a good thing but personally I take pro over am any day.
Huni definitely has the better wins pro or amateur. Wardley does have compelling power and an awkward style that I could see upsetting Huni, but the odds are a bit too wide. Being late notice and in Wardley's backyard I can see why it would lean to him, but definitely don't right Huni off, he has decent skills, and enough power when he wants.
Huni’s win over Paul Gallen is underrated as well. Gallen is rough and tough like Wardley I think that should hold Huni in good stead for this one.
Wardley will have to rely on his power while Huni is more skilled and his power is underestimated, it's better than his KO ratio shows...
I think Huni will win comfortably by I will not be surprised or disappointed if it goes the other way.
If Huni chin wasn't suspect I would favor him but you can't go in against a Ko artist for 12 rds and not get chin checked. If huni wins it most likely will be by decision.
Always back Wardley, he been written off too many times. I think the fighter beats the boxer in this case, imo can't beat proven experience at Wardleys level. Huni can't cut corners like that. Wardley has solid wins under his belt.
