    Two P4P-ers a rib-eye steak apart in weight with one constantly claiming to be aiming for the top yet avoiding the other like the plague. I'm talking to you Bam, and by you and mean to you via proxy, your local fanbase on Blue Waffle Boxing.

    Nakatani may simply spark Inoue by left hook or perhaps even eclipse him in career the way he's shaking into a crushing machine and he's all wrong for Rodriguez. I don't think any fight is more compelling than Inoue-Nakatani P4P, but it is closely followed by Bam-Junto.

    There's a reason Bam went back down to 112 instead of unifying with Junto at 115. Bam doesn't want the Junto smoke because he knows he gets KTFO.

    Nah none those top guys are scared are of one another. Which ever makes financially is usually the fight they make

    Jesse "Bam" Rodriguez will not beat any Japanese champions in Bantamweight.

    He really need to stay in Super Flyweight (115 lbs) where he only beat former Legends or old boxers. And this division is actually on a transition so it's the best moment for a long reign.

    Jesse "Bam" Rodriguez is not scared of Junto Nakatani lol. Did any of you actually follow his career? He was a light-flyweight who stepped in on 1 weeks notice to fight Carlos Cuadras at super-flyweight. He then got a world title shot against Rungvisai at super-flyweight. After a disappointing title defence against Israel Gonzalez, Rodriguez and his team decided to move down to flyweight which was his more natural weight. After winning the world title at flyweight he unified against Sunny Edwards before moving back up to super-flyweight to fight Gallo Estrada for the WBC World Title, becoming a 2-weight, 3-time undefeated world champion. Following a mandatory defence against Pedro Guevara as Estrada decide to not active the rematch clause, Rodriguez has secured a unification clash against Cafu.

    How did he duck Nakatani?

    He beats all 118 Japanese champions except Nakatani. Nakatani is unifying and then challenging the winner of Inoue v MJ. Bam is too busy doing his tour of elderly care homes seeing which former world level fighters he can find, Cuadras, Sor Rungvisai, Estrada, Guevara, who next? Kenshiro?

    There will be no Nakatani vs Inoue. The only people calling for this fight are BAM fans who wants BAM to fight the loser, because the loser of this fight would be damaged goods. The only way Nakatani vs Inoue happens is if Nakatani moves up to 122, which isn't going to happen anytime soon. After MJ Inoue will move up to 126 to challenge ball. And BAM fans will be shaking in their boots on the prospect of a steamrolling Nakatani vs Bam Bam Rodriguez at 118 pounds. That is, if Bam doesn't find an excuse to run back to 112 just like he did when he was at 115 and there was an offer to fight Inoue when Inoue was still at 118.

    Yes, because dropping down to 112 for an easy title win against a lesser known opponent makes far more sense than going up to 118 to challenge Inoue (not Nakatani) right before he was about to leave the division for more money and fame. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity and BAM chose to run in the other direction.

    That tells me his management had no confidence of winning that fight, or they would have jumped on it. Instead BAM fought at 115, then 112, then back up to 115 and doesn't seem interested in fighting Nakatani at 118.

    You are fool to embrace a fighter like that. Meanwhile you have fighters like Crawford who have no fear and want to chase greatness. BAM seems to only want to fight has been and old fighters, that's why he's trying to out age Inoue so he can pull another Sor Rung Visia. Though I suspect Inoue will just be too good and too strong for BAM, along with Nakatani, regardless of time line they fight.
