Stuff is crazy man. I remember that thread having loma being greater than srl and srr. I laughed my ass off in that and called out posters for lacking credibility just like I'm doing here now. This is a popularity contest not a merit contest.

Well remember how Fury was greater then Ali and company because of his "size"???

Yeah Usyk is only winning the poll because everybody hates Floyd that must be it
You got to ask yourself why do people not like him? Is it maybe because he was a cherry picker who dictated terms and made it all about money and not legacy?
Surely Usyk can't be winning the poll because he is a great fighter who does everything above board and wins cleanly every time?

Sure he's a great fighter just like hopkins was a great fighter but you're not gonna see me making a thread saying that he was greater than duran. Levels!

This thread title does not state that Usyk is better than Floyd it is asking who is more impressive.
So technically one could say that Floyd has a greater resume but the way Usyk went about his career was more impressive.

Floyd is better. Usyk's competition is hilariously overrated. Specially at Cruiser. You'd think it was a murderers' row.

Too much bias. Joshua is absolutely despised and bashed on here like he's s bum but when Usyk beat him they elevated him to ATG HW. Just nonsense.

They are very picky choosey when it comes to calling out cherry picking aren’t they?!:lol:

Wonder if Usyk just kind of hung back, talked a bunch of **** about Fury for years, waited for him to fight Joshua a couple of times going through a couple of wars including getting clipped himself and KOed himself THEN decided “It’s the fight to make and what everyone wants to see!” after Fury showed signs of slowing and his unstoppable aura was gone (Sound familiar?) wonder if these same floyd fans would have the same attitude they have towards their little hero. :)

Usyks path was way harder being undersized and all. Mayweather resume is smoke and mirrors like some has already pointed out, his best win is a pacquaio that was already mentally checking out of the sport and no longer had the fire in him.

It's the fact he bridged the gap from cruiser to heavy. Simple. Think, despite being stopped by Ruiz, Joshua was still the favourite over Usyk who hadn't put a foot wrong, not because of hype but size.

Was Iran Barkley one of the best ever middles? No. If Mayweather managed to beat Barkley would it arguably be his best win? Yes. Why? Size.

Pacquaio beat Thurman and Bradley after fighting Mayweather. He arguably rates higher at welterweight than Fury and Joshua do at heavyweight despite it not being his best weight class.

Mayweathers welterweight opponents would rehydrate to 160 plus so not at all clear Barkley would be his heaviest opponent. Alvarez was 165 come fight time.

Also you are ignoring that Ruiz was morbidly obese and naturally smaller than Usyk

We're talking frame here, not weight. Specifically, giving up height and reach.

Regarding Ruiz, he was still a heavyweight. A guy like that will never be body beautiful. Not in his genes.

It literally wouldn't, Canelo ranks higher. Pacquiao is still arguably a better win than if Mayweather moved up and beat Barkley at 160. Mayweather moved up about 5 weight classes and is still considered an all time great welterweight why is this ignored

You're missing the bigger point. Barkley was a big middleweight. He presents a different kind of challenge than Canelo who is a stumpy counter puncher. Fans like to see fighters in different situations as it tells us more about them. Doesn't always have to be the guy with the best record.
