Sasha is just more all around, and him handling a punch better just seals it from a betting perspective.
We probably haven't even seen Dubois' prime yet... I think the Pov that fought Joshua (where he fought really well) would probably just squeak past current Dubois, but it'd be close.
Dubois has a good chance, powerful jab and devastating combinations, but Povetkin should bust him up, beating him to the punch and being too fast, quick counters over the top and being a step ahead.
Dubois could spark him out Daniel already has more achievements than Povetkin by winning a legitimate world title We also possibly haven't seen Dubois in his prime yet
Leaning towards Povetkin here, he is tough and a tricky boxer with decent power. I think he will beat Dubois to the punch and do enough to keep Dubois from landing a lot of his shots eventually demoralising Dubois to a UD or later TKO.
I actually think Dan could tuck up, box behind his jab and bust Sasha up before stopping him late. And I mean 10-12 late. I dont think we have seen Dan's prime yet and I already think he's an underrated boxer. His footwork is not fast but its always inch perfect.
But you've seen him getting knocked down in round 1 by Lerena, and getting KOed by Joyce and Usyk, haven't you? And you definitely didn't see him winning an Olympic gold medal...
Yeah I did see that Did you read the thread title? Prime for prime So would you say the examples you used above were fights involving a prime Dubois??
