Good opponents cost money. Bob Arum won't pay for a decent opponent. He made a mistake signing with Top Rank. He'd have been better off with Hearn, Warren, or someone else.
This guy cannot be serious. Looks like he takes low level fights on the cheap to keep fit for his tournament career. He is never going to be a professional world level entity. Forget about it.
He's a glass canon. I think his team know this, hence why they're moving him so slowly. As @The Cryptkeeper said, he's only concerned with amateur tournaments.
