Is Crawford really in the same class as Floyd? Or is he more Cotto, McGirt, Meldrick, and Benitez

If Bud is on or near the level of Floyd, he should outright dominate Canelo. Crawford will be the same age as Floyd (36) at the time he fought CA. Only difference is Canelo was much younger when Floyd whooped him. And please, I don't want to hear the Green BS. No fighter in history has ever been considered green after being an 8 year pro with over 40 fights.

Floyd is a known ped cheat with those in charge looking after him, there’s a big dark shadow cast over his full pro career !

Will revisit this after the fight. Some people will probably make excuses, prob insist crawford need to beat usyk or he's not a hall of famer.

I know so surely he will be under more scrutiny, Pretty Boy had the NSAC and USADA in his back pocket .

Crawford has never been in the same class as Floyd; Cotto has far better wins, and Benitez would have schooled Crawford too. I like Bud and I like watching him, but a 37-year-old with one A-grade win (and a questionable one at that) will never be on the same level as Mayweather. Floyd schooled Canelo in 2013. I'd argue that Canelo is worse now than he was then, and even then, that'd be two A-grade wins against a dozen that Floyd has.

Why do you think Spence win is questionable?

    How should we quantify that?

All of the men listed in the OP are basically the same level. Floyd is not a level higher than any of them.

Post car-crash Spence, who was already showing signs of CTE and slurred speech. I think Bud beats any version of him, but that puts an asterix next to it for me.

He's the best US boxer of the last decade, but he's not on Floyd's level H2H or P4P.

What's it gonna be when bud smokes canelo anywhere the fight goes inside or out. Should he just call out usyk next? Or will that not be enough?

I didn't like the fight at first but Crawford isn't as small as I thought he would be. I think it's a good fight and he will come to win, it wouldn't be a total shocker to me if Crawford was to upset Canelo. Well see.
