Because we have seen Sanders 'in shape' before and he did not look like a blimp.

Corrie was Wlad's boogeyman, just like Byrd was Vitali's. I always like how they both avenged each other. They both had the perfect tools to counter the guys that troubled their brother.

Sanders got 1 shotted by the unremarkable Nate Tubbs.

I would give Sanders a shot if he started fast like he did against Wlad. But the longer it goes, the better shot Dubois has

Well… The two results were way different as far as Byrd and Sanders wins over both brothers. One got a ‘win’ off one retiring from a torn shoulder leading on all cards and the other blasted out the younger brother in two rounds hitting him “harder than ever before or since”

Definitely wouldn’t call Byrd a “Boogyman”

Byrd took a fight on 10 days notice not eveing seeing tapes of Vitali fighting, came to Germany, made Klitschko punch the air with his awkward style what made him tear his rotator cuff and ultimately made him quit. After that Vitali wanted to parts of Chris. I would definitely call him a boogeyman because of it. The fight was really close with Byrd landing only 8 punches less than Klitschko.

Vitali and Wlad are an interesting study in how different brothers can be. Same great athleticism, but Vitali got all the toughness and intangibles as a fighter that Wlad didn’t. Yet, Wlad was the one who got the power.

Vitali with Wlad’s power. Or Wlad with Vitali’s chin and heart. Either way, that would have been the best of all worlds there.

It's a tough one, isn't it. We want Corrie to win but we're not confident in it.

I might look like the Rahman fight. But Sanders also might nuke him before he gasses. Sanders had a better chin, which could be quite useful in this shootout though.

I would also say it's unfair to judge them when Sanders clearly wasn't a juicer and Dubious clearly is. So when people talk about Dubious having better endurance, let's take away his juice and see what happens. Or let's give Sanders some special milkshakes and see the transformation in his 'dad bod' and engine.

To be fair, you can't take away from Wlad's heart. He always got up from the knockdowns wanting to continue fighting. His chin was the factor that kept him down.

100%. The biggest upset in boxing after Tyson vs Douglas. And a lot more devastating.

That lost hurts Wlad's legacy the most IMO.

Wlad was dropped 14 times and never stayed down for the count.
