given the context - no amateur background and how late he started its not horrible. it's more accurate to compare him to other boxers with 5 ish years of experience and in that case, a resume is never amazing. People just want to hate cause that's the character he's leaning into. He is clearly still improving. I find it interesting to see how far he can go. it's a pretty novel situation in boxing.

 

He definitely looks healthier here, previous fights you could tell he was battling drug addiction… could easily become a cherry pick gone wrong if he performs as good as he looks

 

10-1 odds for JCC winning on points is insane odds imo. I put some money on him. Bookies are clueless. Same thing happened with Fury Jr.
