Peak Ali vs the Klitschko brothers. Does he go 2-0, 1-1 or 0-2?

He beats Vitali, Wladimir is more difficult stylistically for Ali, because he doesn’t take risks and just stays behind long punches and clinches, the way to beat him typically was to make it uncomfortable where you could get to him mentally, make him work more than he wants to, not let him do things on his terms, Ali didn’t really rough guys up and Ali himself liked to fight on his terms, but could deal with pressure a lot better, but that wouldn’t help him because Klitschko didn’t commit much, he’d have to outbox him.

That one would be a great technical boxing match.

Ali certainly did rough people up...look at the Frazier and Foreman fights for reference. Wlad would not have his own way in the clinch, Ali was incredibly strong and could box dirty with short sharp jolting blows, uppercuts and hooks. Wlad liked to rest when he grabbed, I can't see Ali letting him rest.

Now, results...I think Vitali and Wlad likely go 2-1 against Ali. Too big, too technical, too powerful.

Definitely beats Vitali, dunno about Wlad tbh. Maybe Ali is just too active and i definitely think hes better than Byrd, but Wlad is a really rough matchup for him. Could see Wlad winning that more often than not, but i wouldnt also be surprised if Ali won

2-0. He would embarrass them, slice them to ribbons. People here are so in love with "modern athletes and their size." The true cream rises to the top across eras.

I dont think it's just size man, I really rate both brothers. I think Ali is head and shoulders GOAT but Wlad is a tough night's work for anyone, and Vitlai? He'd be like the Kenny Norton from hell, a zombie Kenny that doesn't know retreat or surrender. It's not size, or old v new I'm picking, it's styles combined with their size. Ali is a greater fighter than either, but styles make fights...

I think Vitali gets overhyped whilst he has size a good chin and decent workrate for a big man. His skills are alot more limited compared to his brother and that showed when he couldn't establish his jab vs Byrd.

I'd pick Ali to beat Vitali too fast too mobile for the robotic Vitali.

Wladimir however would be a much more troubling opponent he has better skills than his brother a much better jab and doesn't take as many risks.

Vitali loses on cuts, don't know how Wlad goes, also, the 74 and 64 versions of Alì would play very differently against Wlad

Post-exile Ail goes 1-1. Beats Vitali, has real issues with Wlad.

    Pre-exile Ali beats both.

I rate Vitali and Wladimir but Ali beats them both. Speed is the key here and Muhammad would use it to constantly interupt both brothers' rhythm.

    Peak Ali slaps Vitali silly.

Peak Ali versus Wlad could go both ways. 50 - 50 chance.

Of course there is a chance Ali goes invictus with the right gameplan, but for the sake of fairness let's say:

    Ali goes 1,5 - ,5
