Dubois has three good wins in a row but he avoided a possible defeat by not fighting Parker, you have to be honest and say that Parker deserves that fight because he trained his ass off to prepare for that fight, now Parker has to wait for a big fight and in the meantime they could give him more risky fighters in a row to get him out of the way...

Meh Parker will get his chance whether it’s against the man or a vacant shot as he’s the WBO mandatory. He’s not in a bad position no need to feel sorry for him.

Dubois owes Parker nothing. Parker got his fight, sparked the divisions boogeyman and his stock is significantly higher than it was. In my opinion Dubois would have battered Joe, so if I was Parker, I'd not be complaining about the position I'm in....

Parker just took out Wilder, Zhang, and Bakole. Doesn’t exactly seem to have an issue with punchers. Dubois winning is far from a sure thing.

Wilder and Zhang are guys who stand off and potshot, they aren’t volume punchers. Bakole had no preparation. Poor analytical skills if you compare those to Dubois. What I will say is Parker does have a good chin so he’s not on eggshells all the time with a risk of getting clipped but he got off lucky with Dubois becoming ill for sure.

Hmm not so sure. He is already WBO interim, and was next in line for Usyk before Usyk elected to fight Dubois instead. I can see Usyk just dropping the belt so he can continue to avoid him (for monetary reasons). IF that happens, he will get to be known as a email champ. Not exactly a win.

Not one alphabet ORG really stands up for Parker do they
They must really not want him as a champion as I just get the feeling he brings in low amounts of income

If team Dubois had the belief that you did, he wouldn't have pulled a sicky and then gone into hiding from the press, avoiding all questions about it. Dubois ducking Parker, I guess, at best can be called a moral victory for Parker, but it's a massive financial win for Dubois

Im a big fan of Joe, but a pragmatic one. I think his wins over the guys you cite flatter Joe. Wilder is/was shot; I actually think Joe would have beaten the best Wilder, but tjat wasn't the best one. And Bakole? Straight off a sun lounger many pounds overweight and with no camp? Zhang is simply overrated. Joyce fought a ridiculous fight against him. Twice. The big lad has no engine, still dropped Parker several times and went the distance. Zhang is overhyped, a one trick pony.

For what little it's worth, I think Dan would have set an uncomfortable pace and the fight would have resembled the Hrgovic fight or when Joe fought Joyce. Dubois physicality and consistent power would have been too much for him. But, thats only my opinion.

What happened with that anyway? The news a few months back was the WBO were indeed standing up for Parker's rights as the official mandatory and being next on the rotation. Did they just get a heavy envelope off of Turki and slink back off?

Email champ is better for him than not being the champ again at all because he’s not beating Usyk or Dubois.

Dubois owes Lerena a fight given how he robbed Lerena.

He was literally ill. You’re not going to go into a fight you’d normally win and lose your title now are you. The situation is simple, Parker was meant to be a stay busy fight until Usyk was ready to fight again but due to Dubois becoming ill the window of opportunity to stay busy is gone now so it’s straight onto Usyk.

Didn’t rob nobody. Lerena thought he’d win by default without risking pressing the action due to Dubois’ knee injury and cost himself. Giving too much credit to Lerena for not grabbing the fight by the scruff of the neck.

Then why hide him from the media for weeks? It was all very fishy (eyes)
I suspect he came down with the same medical issues Whyte had when he suddenly had to pull out of the Wallin fight, then went into negotiations with Fury
