Dubois never blocks punches and relies heavily on his feet and head movement to evade punches.

Dubois blocked plenty of Joshua’s punches. He can do it.

He has already admitted what his tactics will be. He intends to hit even more wherever he can because Usyk's weakness is low blows. Considering that he went into the first fight with a similar assumption and kept hitting Oleksandr below the belt, I feel sorry for the champion.

    Especially since:
    1. Now they are fighting on Dubois' territory
    2. After the first fight they caused a fuss as if they had been cheated, so the pressure on the referee and the environment is growing
    3. Dubois is in a better position because he got the belt as a gift.

Usyk defeated the biggest stars and ruined many plans. Certainly many people from the environment would have a great evening if this guy disappeared defeated from the "list".

Warren would be especially happy, so I think he will make sure that the referee treats every complaint about low blows as a simulation of the champion.

Positioning as well but hard to achieve when your opponent is quicker on his feet than you.

Dubious has to counterpunch or trade, Usyk is near impossible to trade with you still have to time your shot. Can chase him but he'll let you blow out landing glancing blows.

Dubious can still win....all it takes it one shot even with a man like Usyk.

To go from Fury to Dubious Usyk will feel like it's easy work in there...but then he will feel the power of which Dubious truly does posses and he will stay very honest.

The real key for Dubious is his jab but it's still not enough to unsettle Usyk unless he had the stamina to use it the entire bout...which he doesn't.

I'm giving Dubious a 20% punchers chance against 38 year old Usyk still and that's pretty decent.

There is always an off night factor also. Usyk isn't immune from that but neither is Dubious.

Usyk is getting older.....i think he,s got a 40% chance to win ( Dubois )

Interested to see if Dubious has improved since their first encounter.

Usyk is one of those fighters who seems to always have a level above, if he hasn't gotten old I don't see how Dubois wins this without a lot of luck or a lot of cheating.

He has been working on his defense though and it has definitely improved, he does block shots and take the sting out them more than he used to. But I don't think that will be enough against Usyk, especially since Dubois is the kind of fighter who gets disheartened when he can't land his offense, and like I said before there is little chance of that happening without a friendly ref and Usyk getting old.

Nothing technical in this match-up threatens Usyk really, he is leaps and bounds above any up-and-comer as far as technique goes, the problem is his age and the momentum difference between the two. Usyk cleared the division, became the undisputed champ, practically 100%'d the sport as a whole and already beat Dubois pretty dominantly. Dubois meanwhile had his best moments after he lost to Usyk and seems fully confident that he did in fact beat Usyk and will be able to do it more decisively this time.

Then you get to their age. Usyk is 38, seems slower/more winded down with each fight and relies a lot on his cardio and movement when he fights. Dubois on the other hand is just 27 and too big for natural-CW Usyk to stand toe-to-toe with at 6'5 and 248 lbs. He only needs one good punch to knock Usyk out and has the fire and want for glory Usyk lacks these days.

That being said Usyk will probably win. I want Dubois to win as it'd be better for the division but Usyk is the most professional HW I have ever seen, he'll 100% show up at the best shape a 38 year old possibly can and put on another boxing masterclass with a few shaky moments here and there.

No he didn`t with his gloves, he did block a number of right hands with his shoulder though.

I don`t think Dubois can Usyk out with one punch, he couldn`t knock AJ out with one punch and Usyk has a far better chin than AJ.

Dubois has good footspeed that`s his main source of defense but Ustk has quicker feet.

Dubois already got pretty close with that KD in their first match. It was a low blow but I doubt Usyk would react much different if it was a bit higher. He got hurt really badly there. Usyk is a tough dude but he is 38 and gets hit much cleaner than he used to. He can’t afford to take a clean shot from such a big guy. I don’t see Usyk doing much better than AJ if Dubois catches him with a wild haymaker like he did AJ, he is just too skilled to ever get hit like that by anyone.

He stopped a Joshua left hook in its tracks with his forearm and many other pieces of brilliance in that fight which goes unnoticed. He will deliver a career best performance that tops even the Joshua fight against Usyk.

Think Usyk wins by UD this time. Dubois best chance is to land a devastating punch early.

Dubios ain't winning unless he gets the Wardley wave-off special after another low blow.
