One of the most avoided fighters of all time, the version of GGG between 2010 and 2014 would give any middleweight a run for their money. I think he's 4th behind Hagler, Robinson, and Monzon, but he'd have given them all nightmares. Out of all fantasy matchups, I think Hagler vs Golovkin would have the potential to be the greatest fight of all time. I think he'd have beaten Hopkins, so I'd have him 4th out of that top 5 list. Incredible fighter who was one of the best we've seen this century so far.

    Yawn

He wiped out an entire division and was ran from by multiple champs, to include Sturm, Cotto, Martinez

Jacobs tried to age him out and so did Clenelo, avoiding the fight for as long as possible

    Yes he certainly is.
He should have two official wins over Canelo and he was ducked by Martinez, Sturm and Cotto.
The way he dispatched of solid fighters as well was extremely impressive the guy was a one man wrecking crew.

Man I'm sorry to tell you this but nobody is going to remember any of the guys GGG beat in 10 years.

Ok but that doesn't make you an all time great. You can't lower the bar for ATG like this or else ATG won't mean anything.

His best win was the first Canelo fight.

If he wasn't a one man wrecking then they wouldn't have been running for the hills. 20 consecutive defenses (18) by ko. That's if you give Canelo the 2nd fight, which i don't. If the decisions were correct, Golovkin would have 24 consecutive defenses (20) by ko. Which would include 2 wins over Canelo.

They’d remember a few of them if they stepped up and fought him, and we all know he beat Canelo fair and square that first fight and arguably the second one.

he is an all-time great whether you like it or not, who else can you mention at 160 in the last 20 years outside of Hopkins?
