I think Frazier had the style to beat Usyk. Joe would be all over him, chopping at Usyk's body. Joe was an exceptional fighter, he just ran into Foreman.

    So much for "bringing chaos".

I didn't get a good look at the blow that caused the first knockdown. Did Dubois get hit behind the ear?

I woke up this morning (Sunday) Australian time, to follow the conclusion on this RBR ... I logged in just before the KO.
Thanks as always to the people who post in these.

I gotta say ... I'm very feel about this result.

That second one, is just crazy, you can watch his eyes as he sees it the whole way from the start of Dubious swing and times it perfectly.

While I agree, I do have to point out that he did initiate an exchange in the corner in The 5th and got knocked down for his effort lol.

Just caught the DAZN highlights on YouTube

That counter left was a laser. Very impressed by usyk. It was funny the prediction article in boxing news one of the experts said usyk may have under estimated dubois the first time and learned more from fight 1 and it looks like that may be the case. I picked usyk but predicted a better fight from dubous

Way to go usyk to cement a huge win

Like I said don't compare Dubois with Tyson, Tyson is a able to string a sentence together, there's a difference with coming from a tough environment and having the mind of a mentally challenged toddler

Nobody was really talking about their résumés, though. My original comment was about Usyk's form at 38 years old. He is still moving very well, boxing fluidly, and stopping larger opponents - regardless of their quality. Whereas by 38, it was a shell of Ali losing to Holmes. There are many factors going into that, and that observation isn't to say Usyk is better h2h or has a better résumé - just that he's more of an elite force at this same age than Ali was.

There isn't the quality opposition even available in Usyk's era for him to replicate Ali's record. Whether he could is a matter for speculation (and I'm sure will be the subject of countless threads in the Classic forum in decades to come)

But you cannot compare two fighters just because they're the same age because every fighters journey is different.

Ali had early stages of parkinson's and had been fighting wars at professional level alot longer than Usyk.

There's also a world of difference between fighting an ATG top 5 Heavyweight in Holmes compared to Dubois.

I know - I acknowledged there were multiple factors, and yes Holmes isn't Dubois.

Usyk can be compared favorably to Ali to demonstrate Usyk's longevity at the highest levels (and still retaining aspects of his prime form deep into his thirties, more so than most of his peers historically) without it being a zero sum game and denigrating Ali.
