Do you really think PBC has the clout to block where fighters go, still, in 2025?

I mean, they haven't fallen as low from the heights of their power as, say, Don King, but this isn't the PBC of ten years ago. If he wants to hop on a Riyadh Season card, Fundora can do that whenever he wants and given that he's a fan-friendly non-runner Turki would gladly pay whatever legal fees went along with any trifling breach of contract grievances Haymon's team could drum up.

Have some faith. Manny isn't crazy, he wouldn't be coming back if he didn't think he had a win in him.

If Barrios wins tonight the old Aussie saying should apply. “When you beat a legend you become a legend”

I'm backing Manny for the upset here too. Barrios just barely pulled out a draw against what was supposed to be a no hoper his last time out. If Manny can even turn back the clock one hour, he can score the KO here.

    WAR PACQUIAO! :ggg

I wasn't impressed with Barrios in his last fight i think if Pacquiao can somehow produce even 40 percent of his old self he can win.

Wow, triggered by Tszyu saying that? Holy crap, you have a glass chin mate if that sets you off.

Did you miss the context of Tim saying that? Tony Harrison literally and deliberately referred to Tim as Timothy pre-fight despite being reminded that Timothy is not Tim’s name. Harrison didn’t let up on it and played the nepo-baby card too.

So Tim set him straight in the ring and straight afterwards. And rightly so given the crap he put up with before the fight.

Those were some of the fastest Aztecs I’ve ever seen. :eatingburger:lol:

Mexican OT walking him out was cool though.
    With a crap performance.

Yeah, but TT was *done* at the end of the seventh. Backed into a corner, taking a barrage of *clean* shots without return. His face was already an abstract portrait, and he'd already been put on his backside and wobbled several times previously. PLus, he was hurt even before Fundora launched that final volley. He made his stand, and he got overwhelmed. If he chose to fall on his sword rather than on Fundora's, I can't really blame him given the way the fight unfolded.
