It's usually implied when they were best. It's a bit difficult because while they all fought at the same weight classes at various times they weren't at their best when in all the weight classes they fought in.
It depends, does Duran call him a slur in a press conference? Here's my best guess: Griffith vs Duran 147 lbs - Duran wins Griffith vs Hearns 147 lbs - Griffith wins Griffith vs Leonard 147 lbs - Leonard wins Griffith vs Hagler 160 lbs - Hagler wins None of those wins come easily though. I think Griffith gives all of them a tough fight.
I agree Emile’s most favorable matchup at these weights is Hearns, but I could see Hearns outboxing him at 147 and maybe stopping him at 154 … but I’d favor Griffith by stoppage at 160. He may also beat Leonard at that weight and to me surely beats Duran (by decision) above 147. Hagler defeats him at 160 as that’s the only weight at which they could meet. But the possibility of multiple meetings at multiple weights complicates it for all but Hagler.
I stuck to the weight where both fighters could realistically meet while still being at/near their best. This was because it was easier for me to do. I agree that once you throw in multiple weights it certainly get complicated for all of them except for Hagler.
