Who do you rank higher currently - Parker or Kabayel?

I have to admit I was one of those people who thought Chisora looked "off" in the Kabayel fight. But at the end of the day, only Fury has had such an easy night against Chisora as Kabayel did. Chisora wasn't in that fight at all, with Kabayel laughing at him in the final round when Chisora wanted a brawl being way behind on the cards.

Personally, I will vote Kabayel to get his numbers up. But I think they are both worthy contenders. And the WBO is next up...

Having said that, I don't rate Parker's win over Bakole win at all. But at the same time that situation was not Parker's fault. Given that though, if we are looking at recent form, (ignoring the loss to Joyce) it is still about how does beating Wilder and Zhang compare?

Kabayel is still undefeated, and he beat:

1. the WBC#3, Makmudov - Undefeated and many were picking Mahk to win. And sure, Mahk has lost a few since, but it is fair to say in boxing sometimes when an undefeated KO puncher takes the first loss, it breaks the mystique and more soon follow (just look at Wilder).
2. the WBC#2, Sanchez - Undefeated and Ring rated. Again many were picking Sanchez.
3. WBC Interim title fight, Zhang - Zhang was Ring rated and coming off a decent win and had only taken razor thin losses on the cards. Kabayel surprised many by standing right in front of him and going after him even after getting dropped.

Kabayel stopped all three cleanly and emphatically (there were no arguments to be had over who won those fights). I honestly think that run is second only to Usyk.

 

Splitting hairs tbh both Parker and Kabayel have good wins and are both the two fighters deservedly waiting on the Usyk fight (Parker WBO Kabayel WBC) Where the two fighters differ is in there styles and I do believe Kabayel is the harder fight for Usyk .

 

They should fight.
And winner gets Usyk

I rank Parker higher, but I think Kabayel is the harder fight.

 

I would love to see Kabayel get a shot at The Lineal Belt! I would be glued to my screen.

 

I rate Parker higher based on his record but am right on the fence as far as who would win if they fought tomorrow.

 

Parker has the better resume by a country mile.

Parker never ever stopped a quality opponent, full stop.

 

Parker, but I think a Parker vs Kabayel for number 1 contender to Usyk would be a great fight
