I think Ezzard Charles could outbox Parker. B-b-but muh size

    Watching Parker vs Wilder and was thinking that Charles would be so much skilled and faster. Charles out boxed a much bigger Joe Louis and yes, it was a past prime Louis but that Louis still went on a winning streak. Yes, a 184 pound Ezzard Charles wins a convincing decision over Joseph Parker

    Ezzard Charles was just an awesome fighter period. Yeah he’d probably lose to some modern big men but he was so much better than they were p4p.

    I don't think Parker is a hard enough puncher or a physical enough fighter to make up for the skill gap. Charles UD

    Marciano is too small for Liston is gospel here... but now Charles because we have a hard on for the modern era EC is outboxing guys half a foot taller and 70lbs heavier whilst he is dead legged, older, stiffer and suffering the early stages of Lou Gherig's disease? folks Charles might be the GOAT but at HW he lost to Rex Layne and Nino Valdes... Parker will basically one shot Charles if he lands clean, Ezz's punches will do basically nothing - the best and the very good aren't separated by huge oceans, physicality will take it's toll.

    if charles was a bit bigger at least this would be prime vs prime. but prime charles was <175.

    love charles but i'm picking parker 3/5.
