Louis by every metric is the most skilled boxer at HW he has zero peers, pure boxing Ali is a 2nd rater next to JL so is Holmes so is Usyk and Holyfield… can anyone name a boxer at heavyweight who exceeds “Da Bomber?”

Defensively, Witherspoon is better.

Offensively, its not even close. Witherspoon's crossguard made it hard to punch in combinations. Louis overall is way more skilled due to his offensive brilliance.

Defensively Witherspoon was not better… he might’ve been hit less because he was less combative but Louis had better footwork, head movement and knew all the old tricks.
