Favourite technically incorrect moves of all time

- RJJ leading with the left hook constantly. Technically incorrect but highly efficient for his speed and reflexes.

- Ali throwing lead right hands over and over again without being countered.

- Hagler switching stances mid punch to cut off exits for his opponents. You are not recommended to switch stances and somehow he pulled it off flawlessly.

 

Hopkins would step in alot with his rt hand. It wasn't a full shift as he'd leave just enough space for a short left hook then the smother so his opponent didn't have any room to counter. Very smart move.

 

Fury's lead uppercut is quite effective.

 

I noticed a lot of old school fighters do that specifically Ezzard Charles and Archie Moore

Can't remember what fight, but Holyfield throws a headbutt-nutshot combo. Absolutely blatant.

But to be fair, Dokes hit him low constantly in that round

Most of what Hamed did was odd/wild. But worked.

 

Duran's nut counter vs Paz,6th round for the first fight was super dirty yet crafty.
Then you got Koichi Wajima hitting the frog punch.

 

I used to like the way Ali used to pull his head backwards while moving backwards.

 

Jones and Ali's shenanigans you mention come to mind first whenever I think about this topic.
