Is Joseph Parker too evolved for the 1970s ?

To KO Norton you only have to hit harder than the 188lbs Garcia lol.

You don’t need to hit like Cooney you just need to at least hit as hard as 188lbs monster Garcia…

Its not more irrelevant than hypotheticals Norton has a hilariously better resume. How they match up against is pure fiction and up to interpretation

Norton could fight off the backfoot this isn't Frazier, Foreman cut the ring when Norton was navigating it. I think everyone who beat Norton besides Garcia beats Chisora, and others guys Norton on Nortons win column would beat Chisora

Chisora lost more times than Garcia which is pretty funny. Norton has beaten better fighters and can pull it off

Your opinion. I don't see why Norton isn't a favorite over Parker, Helanius, Whyte, and ESPECIALLY PULEV. In my opinion Foreman, Cooney, Young, Bobick, Cobb and potentally even tiny little Quarry would beat Chisora. Shavers is 50/50.

Holmes and Ali would play with him

Irrelevant to what I said doe, you don’t need to hit hard to stop Norton and DC will absolutely put him on the back foot and he tended to unfold there… look at him try to fight on the ropes / box vs Shavers and Foreman, absolutely floundering.

I actually think Uncle Jimmy would be out hustled by War Boy… my 0.2$, I don’t fault you for any of this besides maybe Bobick and Cobb come on lol.

He was on the backfoot against Quarry plenty of times and fought him in the pocket, just like you say Louis can infight against big men while he got floored several times by smaller men and knocked out by 192 pound Max Schmelling and 185 pound Marciano. Chisora is a threat and this would be a stylistical challenge but the man has a dozen losses, I'll favor the far better fighter here

Quarry was quite literally shot, terrible way, a shell - he was also tiny.

Quarry might, not Norton who is the guy we’re discussing, his showing off the back foot is against a shot Quarry… that says more of Norton then anything that a guy on his last legs had him backing up like that, Chisora muscles him around and has his way.

Norton wasn't in danger though was he. He showed great ability to fight off the ropes and in the pocket against a better boxer than Chisora who just throws telegraphed haymakers against guys on the ropes and he's slower too, more limited. 3/4 guys who stopped Norton send Derek to the morgue

Chisora has been stopped almost as many times and dropped more times in 12 losses. Lesser fighters have beaten him. I always put different samples under the same microscope, and Chisora doesn't compare favorably.

You keep bringing Garcia up which is just irrelevant considering how young Norton was and his lack of amateur pedigree. Prime Norton would
    Not have lost to Garcia.

it doesn’t matter if Chisora has 40 lbs on him. Those 40 lbs mean he is overweight and would tire after 5-6 rounds. And then Norton would
Proceed to beat the daylights out of Del Boy.

Yeah you can shift the blame to his lack of experience if you want… but it doesn’t change how good his chin is, which was the point of the statement. Fact, Norton can be stopped by a 188lbs man, War Boy has the pop to send Norton to the scrap heap.
