You could stick them fights all on one card and it would still be crap.

I would be willing to pay and actually think £399 is a fair price for an annual DAZN subscription with PPVs included.

Out of interest, why? A current annual sub costs around £100-£120 a year. Obviously debatable as to whether that is ‘value’ for what you get these days.

So then you’re pre-paying the best part of £300 for PPVs with no indication on the levels of quality you’ll get. Well there is some indication when recent Ring/Riyadh PPVs have included the likes of Garcia v Romero, Sheeraz v Berlanga and Itauma v Whyte, the latter two of which would’ve been decent regular TNT main events six months ago.

I just can’t see how people are finding value from it.

Yeah it’s terrible value. 300 divided by 12 is £25. Firstly, there won’t be a ‘ PPV ‘ a month. Secondly, if there was £25 per PPV is a high end price. That’s Uysk Fury every month. Thirdly, Frank and Eddies PPV will still be PPVs. Lastly because of the huge price raise and the need to have more ‘ PPV ‘ worthy shows, the regular shows will get rarer and poorer.

Aside from Usyk v Dubois, which was PPV anyway, I genuinely can’t think of any big fights on DAZN this year that weren’t available on Sky at the same time? I’ve probably missed one but I can’t think.

They probably won’t include PPV’s either.

Not a chance I'm paying 400 quid upfront for DAZN.

If you want to see a musical in London or eat at a good restaurant, it costs a lot of money !

I have always been ready to pay. That is my attitude and fortunately my husband feels the same way :)

My abiding image of Whyte is of him stretched out in Hearn’s garden, and he has done nothing since, apart from popping positive. Never mind PPV, P for PED’s is more appropriate! But the tub thumpers of DAZN will keep pounding their company master’s drums.

That may be OK for rich people but cannot see huge numbers of average working class people paying another £400 per year just to watch 2-3 boxing cards per month.

Many people are already stretched financially with existing subscriptions to BBC for TV Licence, Sky Sports, TNT Sports, Netflix and Amazon Prime.

A fair price based on cards broadcast at prime UK Time, including PPVs over the past 3 years, would be £4.99 per month or £49.99 per year up front.

The DAZN product has been anything but ‘good’ though
