I see Parker going on and achieving well from here

And I think it will always be a bit of a question mark over Usyk in the future - of why he ducked Parker

When he could have taken him on

If he drops the belts and does a Messi/Son to MLS type thing, I don’t mind. As much as I’m interested in seeing Usyk continue to fight, an undisputed champion necessarily holds up the division b/c they fight max 1-2x a year and so it takes 2-4 years for all mandatories. Would be excited to see the matchups that happen once the belts split.

There is basicly only one reason to duck somebody . Its the fear you loose the fight .

Not necesarily - whilst I want Usyk to fight Parker or Kabayel, there is probably limited scratch involved in them compared to Fury/Joshua etc. Plus there is Turki in the mix and he has sizable impact on what goes on these days.

The problem for us is the mug punter will poll for Joshua and Fury and it WILL sell, likely a LOT better than Parker or Kabayel, who are obviously the best two fights for Usyk.

What I would like to see is for Warren and Hearn to get Fury and Joshua teed up and have it as a co-main type of thing so that Usyk/Parker doesn't have to sell itself. Could have Wardley, Itauma and other heavyweight contenders on the same card.

I think we are trying to excuse the obvious .

Of course usyk-parker or usyk-kabayel would sell . Both would be very interesting fights on highest level .

Even usyk-dubois sold as a strange sparring session where dubois entered the ring as a stationary target , not even trying to go to the body but just throwing some meaningless punches and waiting to be knocked down , listening for the count and then walking desinterested but fully unhurt and aware to his corner .

I think usyk is simply not willing to risk his "zero" on his one digit counter since parker and kabayel are hungry for fighting .

Lord, you've got a hard-on for anything negative about Usyk since god knows when.

If anyone thinks Usyk is worried about risking his 0 after his resume and the manner of it, then i really don't know what to say.

He kinda has a point though. He had no business rematching Dubios, or even considering rematching Chisora, AJ and Fury (the last two being for a third time). That's potentially 11 fights at heavyweight against 5 opponents. It's getting rediculous.

Either fight different opponents or drop the belts and take these pointless rematches or exhibition fights with Jake Paul and Alex Pereira.

He had every reason to rematch Dubois. Dubois got emailed Usyk's belt which was always nonsense. The mouth breathers ate up Frank Warren's propaganda hook, line, and sinker and were convinced Usyk robbed Dubois of a win in their first fight. Plus it was a fight that would sellout Wembley and allow Usyk to prove his greatness in front of the biggest crowd.

Blame Frank Warren for doing everything in his power to push Dubois as a top guy in the division while slagging off Usyk.

Finally, do you really not understand how hyping up a crowd works? Usyk absolutely, positively will never fight Chisora or AJ again and he mentioned both of them. They're popular British fighters and he's in front of a British crowd. At certain points in time Usyk has said he'll: fight Canelo, go back to Cruiserweight, fight Poatan, fight Beterbiev, and he even did Jake Paul a favor and had a face off with him. It's all just PR nonsense. At the end of the day, Usyk has always stood on business.

Usyk is an Olympic gold medalist, World Amateur Championships gold medalist, European gold medalist, the undisputed CW champion, the 2 x undisputed HW champion, the P4P King and he has earned some good grace with interest for his impeccable conduct in and outside of the ring and at the negotiating table, winning and unifying all his world titles in his opponent's backyards sans one which was on the road, winning all his fights via the application of pure skill and zero deck-stacking and use of dirty, illegal or cowardly tactics, and having constantly sought out the best in their backyards on a deck stacked against him

And he will likely be 39 y/o by the time he fights again, if he choses to do so or not

In prison vernacular he is ''The Daddy'' and he calls the shots. What he says goes. Whatever ever he decides to do he has more than earned the right to do so.

If he opts to defend his titles against J-Park, so be it

If he opts to fight someone else instead, so be it

If he opts to call it a day and sail off into the sunset, so be it

Now if he decides to fight someone other than J-Park then it would only be fair he vacates or is stripped of the belt

But people need to stop acting like Usyk is in anyway, shape or form fearful of facing J-Park or is ducking him because Usyk fears no man and he does not have to beat J-Park to prove a goddamn thing to anyone. He's clocked boxing at every level doing it on hard difficulty settings and he has nothing left to prove to anyone

I still maintain Dubois was the more dangerous and risky fight for him to take and that Dubois' three-fight run of AJ, Hrgovic, and Miller >>> J-Park's three-fight run of Big Bang, The Dosser, and Bakole, especially in Dubois' backyard

And do not push the horses and do not disrespect the King

'A Staggering Prediction from Usyk’s Former Promoter
Krassyuk, who guided Usyk to undisputed four-belt glory at cruiserweight and then again at heavyweight, the first man in history to do so, believes there is nothing left for his former charge to accomplish.

“I don’t see him fighting anymore, at least in boxing,” Krassyuk told WBN. “He has proved it all, there’s nothing more to gain.

“For sure, there’re going to be some dossers (dig at Tyson Fury, who recently stated he’ll never return to boxing) around pushing him to the ring again.

“As a friend, I will do my best to convince him to retire.”

The comments come amid growing speculation over Usyk vs Fury III, a fight Saudi advisor Turki Alalshikh has openly pursued.

However, Krassyuk’s words offer a sobering insight: that July’s dismantling of Dubois may have been Usyk’s final masterpiece.'

There's no question mark over him at all

Whilst it'd be good to see it happen, he has beaten far better fighters and will hold 0 fear of a guy that went 12 rounds with Masey and lost to Dillian Whyte ffs

He knocked Dubios out with a jab. The rematch wasn't needed, and as I predicted he KO'd him even quicker the second time.

Not sure what point you're trying to prove. Usyk would have absolutely fought AJ a third time if he beat Dubios. He dropped a belt knowing he'd be giving a rematch to the two guys in the division who deserves it the least.

At what point will people admit he's starting to take the mick?

IDK, when you're mentioning rematching three guys you've already beaten over your mandatory it starts looking bad.

I swear he could sign up to fight Mike Tyson tomorrow and you'd have people here clapping....

I have a lot of respect for you Serge, and agree Usyk is a phenomenal talent who has clocked the sport of boxing in terms of achievement.

However, he's essentially holding up the division the same way Fury tried to. I don't care who he fights as long as he lets other contenders who have earned their shots to move ahead. Either fight Parker or vacate the belt, but don't **** on my shoes and call it Christmas lol

    If Parker does well

Surely you can see there will always be a bit of a question mark over not fighting him
