6'6", 236 lbs the muscled giant was, Foreman got the KO in the 5th. I believe the biggest man Foreman fought in either of his careers.

Jack O’Halloran had an acting career after boxing. Appeared in a few movies including Superman with Christopher Reeves. Interesting life . As a fighter he was mostly a journeyman but stepped in the ring with some of the best when they were up and coming like Foreman, Lyle and Norton.

Shame O’Halloran couldn’t better learn to use his physical advantages. Not that he was ever going to be a champion but he certainly didn’t need to lose to guys like Charlie Harris or Ron stander

He also beat Cleveland Williams (in fairness Big Cat was nearing the end of his career). It’s the first time I have seen that footage, he’s certainly no bum. He took some big shots from Foreman there and landed a couple of his own.

    So he knocked out Nod.

    Superman never quite managed that.

To keep O'Halloran's career and this win in perspective: O'Halloran also lost a very one-sided fight to light heavyweight journeyman Johnny Griffin. He lost every round in the process and despite sporting a 65 pound weight advantage, five inches in height, and Griffin having taken the fight on short notice when Buster Mathis was forced to pull out, he was forced to cover up for the entire fight as Griffin just pummeled him.

In fairness to him, he obviously didn't come to lose.

He is digging some nasty inside shot s there.

It’s interesting actually to see this and watch Foreman unable to overpower Jack, he was boxing really awkwardly on the outside, lunging in (which is safe it’s Jack O’Hallaran lol) but whenever they got close JO tied him up / handled him very easy… I mean this should be a hint that Foreman is not “freaky strong beyond his size” when a D tier guy is forcing him out of his fight due to sheer physicality, Lennox rag dolls that guy.

It was Foreman’s 15th pro fight and he still levelled the guy inside 5.

Not sure what else you are expecting from a 21 year old kid who is just starting his pro career really.

That's a very early George, Journ. He shapes himself as a fighter with pretty much every year of his first career.

Like he ragdolled 210 pound Mavrovic ? If anything he would approach Foreman like he approached Morrison

More about his supposed “freaky strength” then anything, I’m not really picking on him for his boxing ability here lol not today Rolly.
