That makes sense, Foreman is explaining that Frazier was the toughest guy he saw before they fought because Frazier took massive punishment from Ali. He even described how he feared Frazier before he KO'd him

Anyone smart enough can tell whether a fighter is declined. You can't but it's par for the course. Foreman never fought Fury, but he fought Liston. End of story

Why would I? Morrison is way ahead of Cleveland Williams, and Williams lit Liston up like a christmas tree before his eggshell chin let him down.
