Usyk very obviously wins but if you put up a poll, I'll have to vote for Patterson because he's my third favorite fighter.

If they fight at the 188-198 lb range then it might be a good fight

Patterson would be one of the very few with a speed advantage over Usyk, but it wouldn't be enough to bring him home, I'm afraid.

Usyk struggles in the first few rounds with Patterson's speed but eventually figures him out and stops him late.

I don't know if he "obviously" wins, especially at cruiserweight up to 200 pounds

Up to 200lbs and you can weigh 220lbs in the afternoon… Patterson would be 168-175lbs today and no higher.

Patterson weighed in the 190s without cutting weight. He fought Quarry to a standstill twice in 2 fights many think Patterson won and he dropped Quarry in the first fight. He also defeated Bonavena and Chuvalo. Also robbed vs Ellis. All 4 of those men would likely be top contenders in the cruiserweight division today. Patterson proved he could handle top men of that size.

Bonavena and Chuvalo weren't much smaller than 210. I believe that Bonavena was 206 lbs when they fought.

According to boxrec, Chuvalo was 208 lbs when Patterson beat him. https://boxrec.com/wiki/index.php/Floyd_Patterson_vs._George_Chuvalo

I believe Quarry and Ellis were right at 200 pounds. Patterson would have to cut weight to make 168-175, but without cutting weight and by weight lifting correctly, Patterson would make a great cruiser as he proved he could handle guys of that size. Chuvalo was closer to the size of Liston than of Patterson.
