If Hrgovic doesn't knock out Adeleye then he should quit boxing...

He has a full camp, I think he changed coaches and he's in great shape, anything but a knockout win is out of the question, it's time for him to win convincingly and change tactics...

Adeleye is a big puncher and he's in his prime.

He should not be underestimated just because of his one loss to Wardley, who is likewise a hard puncher.

Adeleye is being thrown into the wolf's for a quick payday. He shouldn't win under any circumstances. If Hrgovic can't blow him away his career is over

Hrgovic should win this comfortably with his 1 - 2, I don't see how Adeleye overcomes that without taking a lot of risk.

But Hrgovic doesn't need to retire after, in fact if he doesn't look that good he still has enough name value that he could get a money fight as he will look like less of a risk.

Hrgovic probably has he best chin in the division. Simply being a big puncher isn't that useful against him. Need to outbox him and tire him out.

Unless Adeleye has fine porcelain for a chin, he won't.

Hrgovic isn't a huge puncher and realistically never will be...
His best bet for a successful future in boxing would be to fix his appalling gas tank and work on his ability to win fights on points - which he'd be much better at straight away if he had more than a 6-7 round gas tank.

Quite... And there's plenty of opportunity to make money as a reputable gatekeeper (which is where I see him now, and where I think he'll stay unless he fixes his stamina problems).

Not everyone needs to be a legit contender for it to worth making a career out of fighting... Not everyone can get to that level and that's absolutely fine.

Adeleye is basically at Dave Allen's level which is British at best.

Hrgovic is a few levels above that. He really should beat Adeleye convincingly, the technical difference is so wide here.

Croatian just needs to keep being mediocre but winning and he'll sneak up on a big fight, pull an upset and get a belt. It's a smart play. You don't want to scare away all these brave warriors who somehow manage to duck tough fights all the time. He messed up being too mediocre against Dubious but he learned from that and just needs to be slightly better but still not impressive. He'll probably always be too dangerous to get the AJ fight but a title fight is almost certain for him if he sticks around. Just like Price said, at HW you're always only a couple of good wins away from a title shot.
Let's believe in him and even send a message of support on Twitter.

That’s always a true but I personally believe that you may need to be realistic when it comes to health.

But there is money to be made especially with Wilder getting multiple paydays despite career setbacks.

I think this one is going the distance. Hrgovic in his last fight once again proved that he has **** poor stamina in the second half of a fight, and his power is overrated, thus I think Adeleye can make it 10 rounds. I am assuming that this is a 10 rounder.

Hrgovic via clear decision, in a surprisingly competitive fight.

Very true - going into every fight using your chin instead of a defence (like Joyce) is asking for trouble.

Equally, so is fighting in an open and aggressive style trying to knock guys out when you lack the power to get the job done... Which is why, for me, Hrgovic best bet would be to try and fix his stamina to the point that he's not gassed and taking damage in later rounds, and just fight as tidily as he can.

For sure - there's always going to be manufactured frauds making a dent wage, and there's going to be decent hardworking but honest pros making much less... Is it still worth it for the latter? Of course it is!

I predict a one-sided decision for Hrgovic not a knockout. Or at most maybe Adeleye's corner calling it off late. Hrgovic isn't the biggest puncher.

Adeleye is awful tho. Sokolowski beat him by shut out. Jamie TKV was outboxing him until the corrupt ref jumped in to save the Queensberry fighter. Wardley was outboxing him before the knockout and Wardley got outboxed for nine straight rounds by Huni. Adeleye doesn't really have any chance. Weird matchmaking. Surely it should've been Itauma vs Adeleye and Hrgovic vs Whyte?

No he shouldn't retire but certainly not be fighting in high level bouts. Back to Croatia fighting the Mark DeMori's of the Balkans.

I agree, sometimes a loss is the kind of kick in the pants some fighters need , and Wardley is a good fighter . Plus it's not like Hrgovic is invincible. Let's see if Adeleye learned from his loss
