Not that I think it will make a difference on the night, but certainly looks as if Whyte has trained hard for the fight and even with clothes on it’s apparent he’s possibly in career best shape.

Still think Itauma will knock him out because Whyte is slow footed and his hooks are fairly predictable.

Also don’t mistake me: I’m not giving him props for doing what he gets paid for and not stuffing his face with pies in camp. Just a bit surprised as I thought this was a cash out fight for him before retirement. Clearly not, as he looks like he is coming in to win.

Might end up being a good fight rather than the forgone conclusion i though, Moses is young raw and untested, Whyte is old, shop warn and chinny. But it seems Whyte has put the work in in camp and should test Moses. Just what the lad needs, what is the point in knock overs may aswell get his name in the mix for the belts. Usyk is just about finished so there will be 4 belts up for grabs probably within the next 12 months. Moses should be picking one of them up.
As for Whyte he may think by beating Itauma he will get a shot at a belt and if he wins he may well do, got to be worth 1 last good camp.
Im certainly looking forward to this 1 as British boxing is in the gutter at the moment.

Fairly reasonable id say although there’s always the chance some Saudi brown envelopes would get chucked around.

For what it’s worth yeah I’d bet he has used drugs to help him get into this nick but we’ve all become so lethargic to the discussion of PEDs in boxing when we know it is endemic, so it is what it is as our Ton’ would say.

Whyte’s slow feet and inability to deal with feints makes this all but a mismatch for me. Credit to him though for finally getting himself down to Weight Watchers.

Be great if Whyte has one last dance and makes this a proper scrap. Puts it on Itauma from the start.
I don't have much confidence in Whytes chin though.

Dont know what Whyte has left but he's back in the Juice and will fight back. Ituma hasn't been tested yet so he's still an unknown.

Hopefully Ituma comes out of this a new Star but without anybody remotely testing him I'm suprised everybody thinks it's a foregone conclusion

This will be a passing of the torch - not that Whyte had much of a 'torch' himself, but definitely an acid test which I'm sure Ituma will pass. I see him winning by KO, middle to late rounds. Too young and live for an inactive Whyte.

Wouldn’t mind seeing Whyte chin Itauma, I know he’s only a young man but the disrespect he’s given fighters when asked about fighting the likes of Joyce, Parker and Bakole, is ridiculous. He’s fought nobody but thinks he’s too good to fight those men?

Very unlikely to happen, Itauma will end up being the real deal providing he can take a shot. Whyte is far too slow and old.

Would love to see him win. Always liked him, most likeable of all the drug cheats anyway. Awoooooooooooo!

Seriously though, everyone slags fighters off for taking gimmes until they get their shot he waited ages and was overdue and kept taking hard fights. People were delighted he got banjoed by Povetkin but I never understood it. He was fighting tough fights for entertainment and they were entertaining! He was well paid ofcourse but people seemed to resent him for it. Same people probably say Chisora deserves all these shots and PPV slots and rather watch two women they don’t know on the card tap each other for 10 rounds as it makes them sound progressive and cool. Probably sat there watching it with a cocker poo and £10 croissant and coffee. Boxing hipsters… eee.

Looks as though he's actually got something of a visible jaw line now.

    Fair play to him.

But it's probably only gonna make for a cleaner sharper target.

    Moses K0 within 4.

Whyte being in decent shape will ensure that he takes Itauma some rounds.

However the concern for Whyte is that he has fought 3 cream puffs since the loss to Fury, and he might get caught cold early bells. This could mean that Itauma gets Whyte out of there in under 6.

If he can weather the early storm then he can make things difficult for Itauma.

    Itauma via 8th round TKO.
