Apparently, they're all contractually obligated to come out to pisspoor Rammstein knock off acts.

It's the main event apparently. I kept thinking this was the main event too.

I was about to ask, did some band sponsor this event or whatever? I swear that was the same group that did one of the earlier ring walk songs

I suppose there's nothing egregious about that, come to reflect on it...they're both fights where neither combatant enters with any hardware, and both for interim WBA belts. So technically, equal. Ramírez just feels like by far the biggest name of the four.

Same, although I'm all but certain that Sophie Anne's band were singing in French or Arabic. Not some half assed power metal electronica like old Albert here.

Maybe they know multiple languages to make up for their generic sound?

The undefeated 33-year-old Venezuelan southpaw stalking his prey, advancing upon the 6'1" tall French-Trinidadian-British-Kiwi, feeling him out in a cautious, twitchy opener.

10-9 Ramírez based on some jabs and straight flurries on the body.

I predicted Zinad would bust Pampellone's hype balloon, but his descent into mediocrity has truly been a sight to behold.

Granted Ramirez is far from impressive here himself.

I keep waiting for Ramírez to make a big push in the pros - especially with his beastly résumé from the amateurs & WSB (winning a trilogy against one legendary Cuban in Julio César De La Cruz Peraza, then beating another in Erislandy Savón Cotilla in a bad ass mic drop before turning pro).

After four years of dicking around he started to finally step up with Braian Nahuel Suárez in 2022...but has kind of plateaued since. Including this fight, even though it's for an inerim world title. Pampellone is maybe not a top five Ramírez opponent to date.
