    The real question is the first fight, as the second was close

    If GGG gets the W he rightfully deserved in the first fight, maybe he doesn’t rematch Clenelo.

    I reckon Canelo would be a lot more respected if he received the rightful L in the first fight even if he didn't get the rematch people would be like "well he tried his best and put up a really good fight" The whole aftermath of the GGG saga forever tarnished Canelo's reputation with the robberies and the failed drug tests.

    The Canelo fan boys and the Floyd proxy resume gutter rats make me sick pretending that the fights were not robberies and that Canelo was technically clean because he didn't fail the test before the fight. They don't even believe their own BS.

    I think there would have been a rematch, i know that Abel wanted a trilogy, he talked about it from the beginning.

    Although GGG won the first fight clearly, it was extremely competitive, and in high demand. You can see that if adjustments were made things could possibly change. Which they did. They were both great fight between two generational greats.
