https://queensberry.co.uk/pages/dillian-whyte-vs-moses-itauma How do these events work? So 10 days out, and tickets aren't on sale yet?
VIPs, guests and freebies for the tourists in town for the esports World Cup. Tickets rarely go on ‘public’ sale for these Riyadh events do they?
Just realised my wife is out Saturday, but I just don't see me buying the PPV Cards like this being behind two pay walls has to hurt the sport. Worldwide i cannot see it doing 100k buys?
No doubt someone, somewhere, has a spreadsheet that explains how this is going to be profitable. I'll bet its a big one with multiple sheets and some nifty algorithms. All dependent on the limitless funds coming from a hole in the Saudi desert. Meanwhile, back in the real world....
Couldnt agree more, I just don't see how this is PPV, Itauma isn't there yet, Whyte has been on the slide for a while now, it's not for a title, undercard is average. The Yarde fight and undercard is more PPV worthy than this. Oh well, I'll just have to miss Adam Smith climaxing over Itauma for how ever many rounds it lasts
Yeah, I like the Nick Ball fight, I think DA will get outclassed and Moses will probably nail Dillian in two. I just dont see people paying for it
Thought I heard the Saudi man state Box Office was no more on DAZN. Existing loyal subscribers surely not being asked for more money this weekend?
That doesn't kick in until November apparently. I just posted about this on the main forum, but it's bad enough this being a PPV on the British DAZN app. But they are even slapping this on PPV in Japan. Crazy
