Yeah I get that but I feel it would be better for him to actually get some rounds in and get hit a few times before fighting for a title.

Problem is lots of people on the verge of world level won't want to fight him so not as easy as it sounds.

So you are discarding the change of Usyk vacating, which flies in the face of what's been going around. You might be right. I don't know, but Usyk may vacate. Usyk would certainly rather face paint dry than Itauma.

he'd maybe take a couple of punches off Parker, maybe, on the way to battering him

If Usyk vacates then that changes everything of course. I responded on the basis of your suggestion he should wait for Usyk or Parker. If he gets a title opportunity obviously he should take it.

my post refers to the possibility of Itauma vs Usyk as proposed by Turki Al al Shake, or Usyk vacating and Parker vs Itauma. If Usyk faces Parker, people will be a bit bored because they will know the biggest challenge is Itauma. He'd then be better going in with Kabayel and putting him to bed but he'd probably take someone in the WBO like Hrgovic or an easier touch.

Kabayel is the sort of fight us boxing fans would love to see but will never happen IMO unless it was for a vacant belt.

of course not and Kabayel wouldn't take it either.

Would have said get him in with Miller if he wasn’t fighting Hunter.

I see no point in Moses wasting any time fighting Whyte tonight or Chisora, Joshua, Hughie Fury, Joyce or Bakole.

Get him in with Dubois next, then Tyson Fury to give him a few rounds then onto Usyk at the end of 2026.

Both Fury and Dubois won't fight him. I reckon it's going to be tricky matching the lad with someone decent. Scary prospect.

If Usyk vacates, he will be in with Parker for the WBO belt. If Usyk doesn't vacate, Turki has offered Usyk 120m (US or Sterling don't know) to face Itauma. Why are we even talking about anything other than these two?

I thought I was going to be wrong when Adeleye was unloading on Hrgovic, who looked a punch from going down.

I can't think of a single fighter worth him bothering with who would go anywhere near Itauma.

Jesus Christ Whyte was crap tonight.
    Just watching the fights now.

For me this doesn't prove itauma is the real deal- just how washed up Whyte is.

He may well be the next big thing, but beating that pathetic Whyte tonight proves nothing
