Itauma would obliterate Parker

    No problems.

Parker has already lost to Joshua, Whyte, nearly put under ground by Joyce... always had an excuse for every loss.

Struggled with H. Fury, Cojanu, Ruiz, Takam... couldn't put a dent in Wilder or Jack Massey, nor Zhang, barely beat the ancient Chinaman after having been dropped twice.

We know what we're getting with Parker.

If Usyk vacates this would be an easy win for Itauma to pick up a belt.

Its going to be an unpopular opinion but I agree, I see it a mile away. Parker is facing a faster southpaw with KO power, stylistically Moses is all wrong for Parker.

Parker deserves a title shot but I do think some overrate him at the same time.

I'd probably back Itauma to beat Parker considering he actually has proven he is good enough for such a level after beating journeymen.

Itauma does still have some questions in regards to his stamina, chin, dealing with quick fighters.

Unfortunately the questions about Itauma's chin and gas tank didn't get answered tonight.
I really don't see how anyone can be so confident of him beating Parker who definitely has a chin and gas tank, as well as having shown good defensive responsibility lately.

Can he take a shot? I don't know.
Can he fight at pace for 12? I don't know.
Could he blast Parker out in a round without a problem? Maybe, but I don't know.

Yeah he passes the eye test. With flying colours.
Yeah he's exciting to watch yeah. Electrifying in a way we haven't seen in years.
But he hasn't earned a shot yet.
I have no doubt he'll get one soon because if it makes dollars it makes sense.

Parker would be a good opponent because there is a higher chance of him being hit by Parker, while at the same time Parker isn't a banger. It would also be a name that has been overrated to the hilt, so he'd get credit for it. However, he'd still be a paper champion given Usyk is clearly the man. Itauma poses the biggest threat to Usyk right now.

Yeah, if Zhang could drop Parker, then Itauma could.

Plus Itauma is better than Zhang.

Zhang simply didn't have the stamina necessary to do a proper job on Parker, who very curiously has got this new reputation for letting his hands go (even preceding the Bakolie farce) despite being in two low volume affairs against Wilder and Zhang. Itauma is very fast and powerful, southpaw, and is hard to prepare for given the unknowns around him. Parker has next to no chance in beating him unless Itauma has a glass chin and he somehow manages to land a hard punch on him. It seems a win/win for Itauma given that Turki wants Usyk Itauma (if Usyk is offered 120m, then Itauma, you'd imagine, would be getting at least 30m) and if Usyk vacates he'll be in with Parker for the vacant belt.

He'll blitz Parker early. And afterwards people will still call him a hypejob.

Is that Ike Ibeabuchi punch where he smacked Byrd and the sweat came flying off Byrd like a spray? lol

I,d give parker a decent chance in that fight. Parkers improved under andy lee.

Whyte,s looked pretty much finished for a bit of time now. Also suspect hes went from being a man on peds to a man thats no longer on peds on top of his ageing.

Parker a different ball game to tonights version of whyte. Moses seems legit....hes should be a big player over the next ten years but would be silly to throw him in with fury, parker, dubois, usyk, joshua, kabayel etc atm.

Because he demolished a 73-year-old Whyte, who was on Bambi legs from a shot that barely landed? I like Moses, but that fight was a total waste of time. Parker beats him if they fight because he takes him into deep waters. Hrgovic should be next for Moses, and Parker needs to fight Usyk. It's dreadful how he's being elevated for beating cannon fodder.
