No. Most of the long-time posters on here have actually been far better than Teddy at predicting fights.

Teddy was given an undeserved high-profile with ESPN. He has a lot of false pride, but he's not a smart man. The boxers he's trained mostly declined under him. He's crazy too, he went after Donny LaLonde with the intention of killing him. Shannon Briggs said Teddy would phone him in the middle of the night and then hang up without saying anything.

Didn't think about that but that would be a very Joshua thing to do. Go for the belt. Hope that he beats parker and can challenge usyk again. And fighting for a title he definitely brings a great payday for everyone.

Don’t think it matters much. It all comes down to whether usyk believes he’s 100% able to continue to compete at the highest level. If so he goes for it otherwise he drops it. I suppose money plays a role so perhaps if there is opportunity to make better money for his last fight won’t be surprised to see him drop the belt. It wouldn’t be because he’s scared of Parker.

 

Oh I don't think he's scared of Parker, or anyone else for that matter.
I'll be conflicted if he avoids Joe though. Not defending against mandatories is never a good look, and reasons for doing so aside if it walks like a duck, sounds like a duck, etc. what else can you call it?

 

Teddy Atlas, like all the critics, often gets things completely wrong.

 

Some of the best boxing minds make the worst fight predictions and Atlas has made some terrible ones. It's part of the reason people talk about Atlas.

It should be Parker v Kabayel for a shot at Usyk, but most likely it will be Parker v Itauma. However, if Joshua has any designs on fighting for World titles again he should be all over this opportunity offering Parker a rematch and massive payday, giving himself the chance of becoming a hw champion again!!
