How is 70s Foreman underrated exactly he’s a consensus top ten HW off the back of Lyle, Norton and a shot Frazier? Shavers almost duplicated 2 of his top 3 wins lol.

You alone cause 80% of his underrated-ness here, along with many other people who seem to think weighing more than Foreman is all it takes to beat him.

PS: Frazier wasn’t shot and Shavers got KTFO’d by Lyle. Foreman’s 90s championship is also a significant part of his ranking.

Frazier was done, he burnt bright and brief. Yep he did get KTFO by Lyle, who else did Lyle beat and he’s the ATG destroyer of men’s best H2H win? Or is it Chinny Norton?

He’s the only supposed top ten heavyweight who never put together anything resembling a respectable title reign.

He’s the only “top ten” HW in his prime being beaten by Jimmy Young in his best looking performance.

He wasn’t. Theres literally no evidence for it beyond some stories of Frazier drinking. Frazier was coming off of 2 successful title defenses after what is possibly the biggest win in HW history and he was the favorite. Not like he gassed out and lost either, Foreman beat him both physically and skill-wise, it was a demolition from the start.

Getting stopped by 3 ATG punchers and against 2 when you were around 35 doesnt make you chinny. Lyle was one of the best contenders in the division at the time and he lasted a grand total of 4 rounds. Usyk is getting thrown to over the moon because he beat an inactive Fury after the guy barely beat Ngannou but appearantly Frazier and Norton beating tf out of MUHAMMAD FCKING ALI is not good enough lmao.

He went 76- 5, with 30 odd of those fights coming over the age of 38 after a ten year lay off…
    Oldest heavyweight champ
Has Norton, Cooney, Frazier x 2, Peralta x 2, Moorer, Lyle, Chuvalo.

Who actually gives a toss about him not having a long reign, nobody cares

He was 69-2 at 41, Young is literally the only blemish on his record. And Young isn’t exactly terrible.
The hate Foreman gets as some kind of oafish plodder is absurd.

Frazier was literally undefeated before Foreman wtf is this goofy ass post. This is a really dishonest claim, it's par for the course but this kind of nonsense makes me question your integrity as a poster. He beat Bugner after the Foreman loss and Bugner was literally as big as Foreman

He has two title reigns that are better than either of Foreman’s.

No surprise that a bunch of triggered Foremanics would take over the thread.

Who did Lyle beat again? Norton avoided punchers they started KOing him after he could make big $ for the bouts and the Ali money was gone, KN was a big HW of his time getting stopped originally by a 188lbs man, KN ain’t exactly durable. Frazier was an alcoholic as a fact those around him didn’t believe he’d last long and he got hit frequently across a war torn career… Standers and Daniel’s which are among the worst title defences ever are proof the writing was on the wall, he was a similar weight for Foreman then he was in both those bouts 214-217… then for Ali 2? 209lbs… what did he do after Foreman? Beat Bugner? He was shot when he faced GF, a washed up fighter who was busy touring around with his band and holding the belt hostage for a year waiting for Ali 2 most likely… Who were all the good fighters Lyle beat? He got a title shot after LOSING to Jimmy Young.

Foreman would destroy anyone in this era including Usyk,
Holyfield did not fight Ali though…and he wouldn’t KO Frazier or Norton inside 2 rounds.
    Foreman > Holy

He didn’t. He beat old men and journeymen.
