The only person that knows whether Bud is chasing legacy or a payday - is Bud.

The rest of us will know soon enough.

What is your perspective on it? What do you expect to see in the ring? And also, what does a Canelo victory here do for his legacy?

I don't get the sense that he'll be carrying excess weight that would slow him down. Bud is taking this very seriously. I can't say I saw the same fire or work ethic 2+ plus months out with Charlo or Scull.

Decent card, especially considering how much the main event must be getting paid.

Was just thinking what Brandon Adams who hasn't been even a fringe contender for over half a decade, then remembered with a bit of a shock that he's the guy who snached Bohachuk's O haha.

I guess It'll be good for Bohachuk to fix that blemish on his record before going after the Ortiz rematch.

I think Crawford is probably going to outbox him. That is what history has shown us with the fast guys moving up. Canelo is also just too slow now a days to catch someone like Crawford. Only if they exchange does Canelo have a chance.

Mike and Joe splitting ring announcer duties?

    Talk about big fight feel.

(makes sense though, Buffer's eighty and has been doing this as long as I've been alive...probably getting to where his voice can't handle a full nine-bout card)

Soggy's just mad that Canelo ignored his offers to come out of retirement to fight him, because it exposed that he was never the draw he thinks he is. :sisi1
