    I have seen people saying that as well, that Turki is going to make Usyk vs Parker in December but can't see anything to confirm it.

    Itauma is WBO #1 - and a Frank signing

    So Parker - Itauma is quite easy to make

    And Turki may well like this fight

    Turki has already voiced his displeasure at the possibility of a Usyk-Parker fight. Sounded like he wanted nothing to do with it.

    I think he wants all the belts on the table for his preferred match of Usyk-Itauma, for that he needs either Usyk or Itauma to beat Joe, and sees the least risk of that plan being upset by Usyk-Parker than he does Parker-Itauma.
    I genuinely think he got his knickers in a twist with Parker for upsetting his plans for Wilder tbh

    That’s an interesting take. Well it’s up to boxing folks to determine if one persons possibly misguided thinking should hold the sport hostage. I’m obviously not naive money talks

    I saw someone saying that Usyk's team had finally come to the table and are looking to make the fight.

    Anyone heard anything a bit more concrete about that?

    That's ridiculous, and no I wasn't aware they do that

    It's ridiculous Moses is ranked #1 in the first place and if the WBO don't grant Usyk a 30 extension which is totally reasonable it's going to look suss in the eyes of many

    This is true. Usyk does not need all the belts and the sanctioning orgs make it hard enough for undisputed champs to keep them these days unless it's one of their chosen ones

    Usyk should just retire. I've watched very recent interviews with his manager, promoter and his cutman/assistant trainer and they all either want him to do so or seem like they do

    Russ Anber said Usyk is in a position now where he has everything to lose and nothing to gain and I agree with that. He's almost 39, is an ATG and one of the best to ever do it, has won everything there is to win, is rich beyond his wildest dreams, and has been lamenting how much he misses his family and missing out on his children growing up for years. He fought his last 3 fights in a 14 month period and at an absolutely bare minimum he would've spent 9 of those 14 months away from them. Just retire or fight J-Park and then retire

    I'm getting sick and tired of waiting for confirmation of what the WBO's decision is going to be. They categorically should agree to a 30 day extension and if they don't it will be a disgrace. But either way, I want to know ASAP
