Historically, I have them in the same order you have them. For boxing significance, I would bump Ali-Frazier to number one. And, by any measure, the steaming pile of **** that was Mayweather-Pacquiao should just be removed from the list. It was an event for casuals only.
I think Louis vs Schmelling 2 would be number one. 2.Ali vs Frazier 3. Jeffries vs Johnson 4.Mayweather vs Pac 5. Tyson vs Holyfield I personally was only alive for Tyson vs. Holyfield and Manny vs Mayweather but I think Manny vs Floyd was bigger becasue it was more even on paper. Most thought Tyson was going to kill Holyfield who looked like **** in his previous two fights.
I’d think Jeff vs Jack would be number 1? It had the whole July 4th “White Hope” thing going for it? - Louis vs Schemling was beyond boxing too, Frazier vs Ali was just two extremely famous boxers as was Tyson vs Holyfield and Pac vs Mayweather…
Tyson vs Holyfield 2 was the bigger fight of their 2 encounters. Holyfield was considered washed up for the first fight and almost seen as a name value cherry pick. He had been knocked out by Bowe in their third fight where his stamina looked poor, he also had looked slow and awful vs Bobby Czyz prior to the first fight.
