I know what im seeing. Im scouting for all time great talent who have yet to fulfill their potential legacy and Boots is at the top of the list as well as Janibek and Yoenli Hernandez. You're not a good scout. Sugar Boots Ennis is the 21st century Sugar Ray Leonard and he'll clear 154 and 160. Look at what you're seeing This content is protected
all true. However, respect to Jake for what he has done as a promoter for women’s boxing & the overall sport in general. he is a boxing farce true, but he is an economic force for the sport of boxing. Giving many people much deserved paydays. Like a Turki Alasheik Jr.
You are starting to sound passionate cheerleader. As I said.... You KNOW NOTHING ABOUT HOW WELL HE DID IN SPARRING as you weren't there. Giving me highlights of him fighting a C level fighter doesn't make you an all time great. And fighting a career full of them doesn't help the case either. "You're not a good scout"....lol. Goofy I'm not a scout. I'm an ex competitor, a trainer, and a fan of the sport with common sense......3 things clearly you are showcasing we don't have in common. You being a diehard fan of Boots is fine. He has talent. Could possibly be a great for this generation if he actually fights other top guys of this generation, but he has yet to do that at all. And when he is presented the opportunity, he has a reason not to go through with it every time. Hold on to your hope of him clearing 154/60..... It's hilarious to see his cheerleading fans have confidence in that because just a couple years ago, y'all claimed he was going to do that at 147 until he ran into some trouble with being able to cut off the ring, then rematched that fighter and couldn't avoid getting punched in the face with the same punch for 12 rounds........Good thing Karen had zero power, it could have been an ugly display. He's not going to clear out 154/60.....but again..... I love your confidence though.
Sugar Boots Ennis clears 154 and 160. Karen has better footwork than Madrimov and Ennis fought him on a rehydration clause lol. Nobody would butcher Stanionis like that. This is an all time great in the making, the athleticism and ring iq is off the charts. Sugar Ray Leonard 2.0
I respect anyone finding a legal way of making $$, but as far as the sport..... Jake has zero respect for it. It's shown how he goes about his work. Disrespecting Crawford and Canelo and others on a personal level because they don't bow down to his existence. He's about to fight a lightweight for Christ sake...... Tank Davis refuses to compete at 140 without putting a weigh restriction on his opponents. Jake Paul weighed in at 230lbs in his last fight. People are quick to quote the phrase "there's weight classes for a reason"....especially when someone like Crawford expresses he wanted to go up 2/3 divisions to fight Canelo.....But Tank announcing to fight a guy 100lbs heavier than him is widely supported? Tank arguably had his 1st loss, that was awarded a DRAW in his last fight.... Boxing is supposed to eliminate the doubt for the fans so that we can know who was the better gladiator. Jake Paul, no matter how good of a promoter he is, is not more important than the sport playing out like it's suppose to. From Wilder/Fury to Lewis/Rahman, GGG/Canelo, etc..... if the first fight ended in a manner that left questions..... answer those questions in the 2nd bout.... REAL FIGHTER want to be unquestionably victorious. Jake Paul isn't doing what Turki is doing. Turki wants the best fighting the best and is trying to take out the politics keeping it from happening. Paul is turning the sport into the WWE. They talking about ranking him in the WBC and the only real boxing match he's had vs an actual active fighter.......he lost. Why are we even thinking about PPV for his talents
They are probably the same size but Canelos neck and torso is much bigger. He was already around 165/170 against Mayweather. Canelo is more compact and already grew out of middleweight years ago so he can't realistically make 160 without draining himself into a skelton. Boots can make 154 no problem
He never missed weight and even had a rehydration clause of 10 pounds at welter. Canelo can't do that. Boots has a bigger frame, but Canelo has been on the PEDs for far longer
Who has Stanionis ever beaten for a W against him to be considered ATG level? If his ring IQ was off the charts he wouldn't have been eating right hands from Karen all night.
Karen is underrated. He beats every other welterweight. Crawford was already an all time great talent before he became 2x undisputed. Muhammad Ali was already an all time great talent before he beat Liston. Mayweather was already an all time great talent before he beat Da La Hoya. I said Boots is an all time great talent in the making which is what you skipped over. He just doesn't have the fights yet to prove his greatness, but he's already a unified champion and still undefeated. Anyone who bets against Boots at 154 and 160 will lose their money, thats just the way it is. I guess people can't comprehend what all time great talent means ? I already know how good Boots is, so does Canelo. Boots was taxing that ass up
I think Norman obliterates Karen, and Paddy Donovan boxes his ears off. Karen is a decent gatekeeper, but he's not even top 5 in one of the weakest divisions in the sport. I know Boots wasn't as motivated. Maybe he wanted to put on a show, but there are huge holes in his defense. He's definitely not on the level of Crawford. The fact that his team avoided the Ortiz fight is a red flag for me. I think Ortiz knocks him out if they ever fight, and I don't fancy his chances against Bohachuk or Bakhram either. He strikes me as a Tank-style personality, happy to look great and have all the plaudits when he has it all his own way, but when his back is against the wall against an A-grade fighter that can actually test him, I think he will get found out.
Ortiz ? Bohachuk ? Lol they're getting destroyed. And to top it off you compare this dude to Tank ? Oh yeah this will be a great thread to remember
