Great Fighter's that are mainly forgotten about today?

Good to see Palomino on a list. A very under-appreciated fighter. I still recall his guest appearance on the old sitcom Taxi. Marvin Johnson was another good call.

 

Palomino showed in his comeback that he could have been relevant at welterweight for a good few more years if he hadn’t retired.
A classy and underrated champion, I’ve only watched his fight with Benitez once and remember it being very close. His toughness was underrated as well

 

Always outshined by Famous Mortimer and Younger Famous Mortimer I. Damn shame.

 

You dont hear much about Alan Minter.

Also, not great but very good , and has been forgotten is Wille Quatour. His conqueror Bruno Arcari is semi forgotten too. and Arcari was a world champion.

You dont hear about Laura Serraon on the women's side, she is in the Hall of Fame. I met her, Super sweet.

Kid Azteca is pretty forgotten too. Not in Mexico, but here.

 

That fight was so close I dont even dare score it lol. specially when the Benitez and me were friends back in the day! Carlos may have a point when he claims he got robbed in Puerto Rico. Im not sure but he may....

For a guy who held the LHW title for 6 years and 8 title defenses, who made the covers of numerous popular boxing rags, Prince Charles Williams almost never gets mentioned.
