It’s staggering how bad Joey Essex is. This is a guy who supposedly has been training in the Sims gym since he was a kid.

I mean how is it possible to be this bad after even just three months of training.

He fights like when you are dreaming and having a nightmare and it’s like you are punching in water.

Commentators are unhappy, but this is essentially exhibition boxing, so standing 8s are more than fine.

 

He genuinely looks like he has been training for a mere week or two.

 

This is an all out WAR! Both guys dead tired, throwing and landing BOMBS!

Its back and forth with each guy getting hurt, and then coming back to hurt the other guy.

 

So many people have been saying this week “Joey can box, his uncle is Tony Sims…”

What has he been doing in the gym? Boxercise? You can literally find untrained overweight Brits in pubs across the country who can fight better.
