Jassiel "El Flashito" (The Little Flash) Amador wearing black & gold.

José "El Alacrán" (The Scorpion) Corona southpaw in silver & white.

Both have had all their wins come by way of KO. Corona has an MD loss and two draws, while Amador has a draw and no losses.

 

Some very clever boxing from Amador. Feinting the jab and delivering the straight right lead. Jabbing the raised guard and then doubling up on the uppercut downstairs.

 

The one guy Amador drew with - Cuahutli Guerrero Navarro - has a pretty decent record, 16-2-3.

The other 11 opponents Amador's faced, he's blown out early.

 

I had a feeling those body shots were about to pay off... BIG let hook combo, downstairs then up top.

Corona down...make that out!!! Lying on his back with his chin just under the bottom rope, gasping.

 

Jeez...I hope he's alright.

Amador even looks kinda worried.

 

Okay, so Corona just flailed an arm. Otherwise hasn't moved in five minutes since attempting to rise and falling again from that knockdown. They are still standing over him waving a towel trying to revive him.

 

This is getting scary. I'm having Kovalev-Simakov flashbacks...
