Which heavyweights would you not rank in your personal top 15 of all time ATG heavyweight list do you think also the most skilled?

I think Jimmy Young is up there. Great defensive fighter at his best.

Tim Witherspoon with his underrated cross armed defense.

Ken Norton with his cross armed defense, terrific body punching and ability to cut the ring.

Generally speaking, the following guys would likely be excluded: Ali, Louis, Holmes, Foreman, Lewis, Liston, Frazier, Marciano, Mike Tyson, Holyfield, Wlad, Usyk, Johnson, Dempsey

Povetkin for sure great fighter just never got a good win to really be an ATG, but very good fundamentals and solid boxer overall

 

He would if he were more than a stiff stanced arm puncher.

Quarry is an amazing mention. How he overcome thunderous punchers like Ron Lyle and Earnie Shavers despite being outweighed by 20 plus pounds and not being a big hitter himself is a testament to his skill.

 

Jack Sharkey had great ability.
