Why is Parker such a heavy favourite over Wardley?

He is better than Whyte and Chisora

A prime Whyte was underrated he had some good wins a lot better than anything on Wardley's resume. I even think current Chisora would give Wardley a hell of a fight.

Prime Whyte and Chisora would both beat Wardley easily.

Parker will be stepping in the ring with the youngest ranked contender since Hughie Fury. Let's see how he handles a prime power puncher

Oh yeah look I am not counting Wardley out he can certainly win this fight but Parker is the rightful favorite.

Huni handled him with ease for 9 rounds. Schooled Wardley. Made him look like his own mother would struggle to recognize him.

Parker won't lose concentration like Huni did. Experience. Levels.

Only a complete brain fade will provide Wardley with any chance here.

I mean, Dubois and Usyk both seemed to see something in Parker they didn't want to deal with...

Realistically, Parker is favored because he's much more experienced with a better resume and is on a hot streak. I'd be surprised if Wardley can win a single round absent a KD.

Its because Huni is underrated, his resume doesn't really show it but Huni has skills.

If he had any sort of chin and an ounce of power he would be among the elite of the division. But his weaknesses were on full display in the Wardley fight.

The Whyte fight was very, very long time ago. Parker beat Chisora very badly in the second fight. We know he was capable of more.

He needed 2 tries and Chisora was already old. Parker has been beating up old men. People are in for a surprise

Despite those weaknesses, he schooled Wardley for 9 rounds. What is that telling us about Wardley?

Parker fought Chisora twice and beat him twice. Since then, Chisora has 4 wins from 5 fights. Losing only to Fury.

Not sure what your point is?

Again, you are completely ignoring the fact that that he was working well below demonstrated ability. I make no excuses for Parker...that was one of the worst robberies I have ever seen. But if you are using that as the yardstick, you are the one in for a surprise.
